Inga joins Woven Capital as our Head of Legal, where she’ll partner closely with our investment and operations teams across every stage of the investment lifecycle. From new investments and fund operations to governance and portfolio support, she’ll help us continue building a world-class platform for founders and the Toyota ecosystem.

Inga brings more than 15 years of experience advising venture investors and high-growth companies. She joins us from Google Ventures, where she served as General Counsel and worked alongside investment teams across multiple funds, strategies, and geographies. Earlier in her career, she practiced at Fenwick & West and WilmerHale, advising startups, venture capital, and private equity firms on company formation, financings, acquisitions, and public offerings.  

From our first conversations, it was clear Inga was drawn to Toyota’s mission, the opportunity to support technologies with real-world impact, and a culture built on collaboration and long-term partnership. She was also energized by the number of women in leadership at Woven and the culture it reflects.

With a niece who has a vision disability, helping create a future where mobility is more accessible to everyone is deeply personal, making the opportunity to contribute especially meaningful to her.
